SPOKE, an integrated communications agency, was founded in March 2014. Following its international success co-founder and communications director, Georgina Heaume, launched SPOKE in London, further expanding the agency’s global footprint.
Their deep industry knowledge, extensive network and creative approach, combined with a passion for delivering impactful PR and communications strategies, have established SPOKE as a trusted partner for companies looking to increase brand visibility, manage corporate reputation and amplify their market presence.
SPOKE is based in London with four offices internationally and a growing portfolio of clients spanning more than a dozen industries.

Luke brings more than 20 years of experience working in media, corporate communications and investor relations roles in London, Europe and Australia.
Luke approaches all clients and work with both a creative and commercial lens. As a communications partner to clients, Luke is highly passionate about supporting companies on their growth journey with expertise in developing investor communications strategies and tactics that help build shareholder confidence.
His dedication to achieving impactful results and cut-through for clients is evident today with Spoke being an award winning, highly regarded agency in its industry.
Georgina Heaume
Co-founder & Communications Director
Georgina has over 18 year’s of experience in PR and Communications representing some of the world’s most recognised brands and startups, including Dropbox, Engie, Meta, Microsoft and Wise (formerly TransferWise).
As Co-founder and Communications Director, Georgina is responsible for managing business operations and leading on communications strategy to deliver programmes with high impact.
Her combined experience gained from working in the UK and internationally, company-side supporting senior leaders, and within fast-paced agency environments, means she is able to take a strategic approach to PR & communications at all times while understanding the wider needs of the business.
